About the role
We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to build and maintain our trading infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring high availability, security, and performance of our trading systems while enabling rapid deployment of new strategies.
Responsabilities
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for trading system deployments
• Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) with focus on low-latency performance
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and incident response procedures
• Ensure security best practices including access controls and encryption
• Optimize system performance for trading latency requirements
• Manage containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Maintain disaster recovery and business continuity systems
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management
Requirements
• 5+ years of DevOps experience, preferably in financial services
• Expert-level knowledge of AWS or GCP cloud services
• Strong experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, DataDog)
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash)
• Understanding of network architecture and security principles
• BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
