About the role
We are seeking an Investor Relations & Operations Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our investors. You will manage the full lifecycle of investor relationships while supporting operational aspects of investor onboarding and reporting.
Responsabilities
• Serve as primary contact for investor inquiries and requests
• Prepare and distribute monthly investor letters, performance reports, and updates
• Manage investor onboarding including subscription documents and KYC/AML
• Coordinate investor due diligence requests and DDQ responses
• Maintain investor CRM and ensure accurate records
• Organize annual investor meetings and ad-hoc investor communications
• Track capital activity including subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers
• Support capital raising efforts with meeting coordination and materials
Requirements
• 4-6 years of experience in investor relations or client services at an asset manager
• Strong understanding of hedge fund structures and investor reporting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
