For the 4* Family ELLDUS RESORT that is part of the FAMILOTEL chain FORMATNULL is managing their performance marketing strategy, web analytics and consulting of marketing department in matters of digital strategy, SEM and growth marketing.
Full scale e-commerce tracking and digital strategy consulting of their markting team included.
We reviewed KPI targets and set up an SEM strategy while conversion tracking has been put under scrutiny and web analytics adjusted to Google Analytics 4. With years of performance history already existing we data-mined Elldus Resort's Google Ads account and relaunched campaigns according to our standards. This hotel is currenly our best performer in terms of ROAS efficiency and we ultimately managed to fully disregard OTAs like booking.com for lead aquisiton.
