For this real estate and relocation startup based out of Panama, FORMATNULL is trusted with a full force relaunch and growth marketing strike catering towards the German speaking markets and later the US.
To push things into another orbit we decided to break free from conventional real estate marketing, opting for a melange of design influences from travel platforms and classic real etstate advertising. We created a trimed down PPC funnel with excellent KPI performance along with a Call-to-Action-Branding: "Panamize Me! "
With a Google Analytics based, custom built performance reporting visualizing channel efficiency, we created the basis for KPI management and ROAS optimization of digital campaigns. An inhouse developed consent management tool addresses the EU's GDPR and compliance situation ensures >85% tracking options of website users. Let that sink in !
