

Growth Manager
(m,f,d) | full time | 100% remote
We are looking for a digital native with a track record managing growth across sales pipelines and CRM workflows, in a team of multilingual sales consultants across timezones and target geographies. Your language skill should triangulate between german, french and english, any additional language is a plus. Knowledge of CRM architectures like Hubspot, Salesforec or Pipedrive are key to the success of this role and you will be responsible managing pipelines, leads and assets in our native CRM set up. Knowledge of tools like Slack, Trello, Google drive and are essential, you must be able to run some math in excel and Google sheets. A basic understanding of core products of our venture is required, but on the job training into the specifics of web and marketing products will be provided. We grant full freedom with regard to your whereabouts and structure of routines as long as targets are met. You must be able to perform towards target KPIs The right candidate will be trained into the specifics of the position, hence long term commitment is a pre-requisite.
